This 12-inch by 4-inch 94 series Vertical Mounted Spring-Loaded caster provides exceptional shock absorption and vertical movement capabilities, making them perfect for navigating uneven surfaces and protecting fragile or vibration-sensitive loads. With expertly determined spring deflection, they offer optimal performance without causing harm. Crafted with high-strength chrome vanadium springs, they ensure durability and cushioned loads, while the long swivel lead reduces vibration during towing.
Paired with our general-purpose, 1-inch thick tread, H.D. Standard Polyurethane (Shore 95A Hardness) wheel, this caster becomes good for numerous industrial applications. It is non-marking with high tear strength and resistance to flat spotting, as well as a good solvent and water resistance. This wheel is capable carrying loads up to 3700 lbs. and has a 1-inch thick tread which is denoted by the H.D. in the wheel material. Featuring our precision tapered bearings, the wheels are capable of absorbing excessive side thrust loading and can be used where high speed operation is essential, all with a load rating of 3800 lbs.
