The laser-cut formed legs provide additional strength, making them ideal for applications with side loading or skidding. Components are heat treated to achieve a hardness of 40 + 2 Rc. With exceptional strength and reliable construction, these fixed 80 Series Extra Heavy Duty Casters are the perfect choice for rugged industrial applications.

Combined with tread that is 1-inch thick of our hardest polyurethane wheel formulation, the 70D durometer rating of the hard polyurethane material ensures optimal hardness, providing excellent load-bearing capacity and resistance to abrasion. Featuring our precision tapered bearings, the wheels are capable of absorbing excessive side thrust loading and can be used where high speed operation is essential, all with a load rating of 6600 lbs.
