Featuring a 1/2-inch x 4-inch steel leg design, a 1-1/4-inch diameter axle, and sealed lubricated ball bearings, this caster guarantees effortless operation and zero maintenance.
The wheel utilizes our HPPT 92A Polyurethane with a 1-inch thick tread that is a high-performance solution designed for dynamic applications. This features a heat-resistant polyurethane formulation that can handle higher weight capacities, making it perfect for AGVs, Tuggers, and other high-speed, heavy-duty scenarios. With superior tear and abrasion resistance, it maintains its structural integrity over extended periods, while its excellent solvent resistance ensures durability. Featuring our precision tapered bearings, the wheels are capable of absorbing excessive side thrust loading and can be used where high speed operation is essential, all with a load rating of 7900 lbs.
