Polyurethane Wheels

Polyurethane on Cast Iron is the most common type of wheel used in industrial caster applications, offering extreme durability and ruggedness. Caster Concepts processes polyurethane wheels in our facility and is one of the few caster manufacturers that do so. Our polyurethane tread formulations offer a high level of customization and flexibility, as well as faster turnaround due to in-house manufacturing. These formulations are designed to help with ergonomics, high-speed powered applications, harsh environments, chemicals, moisture, and many more challenges based on your specific needs.
