Steel and Iron V-Groove Wheels
V-Groove Steel Casters Overview
V-Groove wheels are commonly used in industrial environments such as production lines and manufacturing can even be used in sliding/rolling gates and heavy-duty assembly line plants where high-temperature soldering and welding is done.
In this configuration, the “V” is machined into the face of the wheel at 90 degrees, and a relief grove is placed at the base of the “V” which directs the load to each face of the angle track when in use.
Our V-groove wheels are constructed of premium G-3000 gray iron castings or hot forged C-1030 steel and can be used on a track, flat surface or both without fear of damage.
Exceptionally strong and ideal for heavy loads, V-groove wheels can be machined for keyway or various bore sizes.
