A swivel section that is precision-machined from C-1045 hot forged steel, ideal for bearings.
Continuously welded legs both inside and outside for the greatest strength
A 1-1/2 inch kingpin which is integrally forged into the caster’s top plate, featuring a slotted adjusting nut and heavy-duty 1-1/2 inch sealed tapered thrust bearing.
Dual raceway load design provides superior carrying capacity and smooth rotation
The 99 Series Super Heavy Duty Caster can be configured with many factors in mind, including load capacity, materials, diameter, width, and bearing types. It also is available in a variety of brake options, including a Poly Cam Brake featuring a lever that can be mounted toe in or reversed to toe in.
A Swivel Lock configuration is recommended for heavy-duty applications where a more secure lock is warranted. A
Face-Contact Brake is also available as a cost-effective option.
