Caster manufacturing in the USA – building quality products and cultivating a culture of excellence is the ideal by which we at Caster Concepts Inc. operate.

We Build Trust  with customers, vendors, and our employees by satisfying the quality demands of this culture of excellence. Thus, we produce the best industrial casters in the market.  This culture is what we’ve come to expect of ourselves. It’s what our business partners and customers expect from us.

Our commitment to buy and manufacturer in this country is one way we achieve this high quality.  Of the components in our products, 97 percent are  made in the US. All of the key components originate in the US, and all of our manufacturing occurs here. We use local suppliers, with 80 percent of our key vendors sitting within a 30-mile radius of our Albion-based headquarters.

But, this alone doesn’t guarantee a quality product. American consumers purchase many low-quality domestically produced products daily.

Building quality is analogous to the way my Grandma Vonk made her oatmeal cookies.

She developed her recipe with great care, and learned what worked and what did not. She mastered this recipe, and never deviated from that blueprint. Nor did she ever cut corners on ingredients, and used only the highest quality.

At Caster Concepts, our caster manufacturing process follows the same formula. Extensive thought and insight, discussion and caster and wheel engineering expertise go into each product blueprint. We test and refine the blueprint until it’s bulletproof. Once we’ve mastered a concept, we don’t deviate.

We understand that a perfect blueprint means nothing if we skimp on ingredients or on how we mix them. Similarly, Grandma Vonk understood that her finely-tuned recipe would consistently cause mouths to water only if she used the best ingredients every time. At Caster Concepts we use only the highest quality, domestically produced forgings, grey iron cores, and structural steel.

Caster manufacturing involves the utilization of high tolerance machining, laser-cut components, tight-bending tolerance, and excellent welds throughout the production of these products. We’ve invested in leading-edge machinery whose specific function is to test our products, thus assuring our customers enjoy the highest quality products on the industrial caster market.

This quality is possible by the culture of excellence. This culture demands the best materials, equipment, engineers and sales teams. We Build Trust because our customers trust that the bar we’ve set for ourselves won’t be lowered.

Aristotle said, “Excellence is an art won by training and habit…Excellence then, is not an act but a habit.”

Excellence is timeless, the road to it universal. The fundamental steps to excellence haven’t changed since Grandma Vonk’s recipe, or since Aristotle defined excellence centuries ago. We Build Trust by following these fundamental steps.

Our expert engineers and sales staff are here to introduce you to our culture of excellence and quality.  They are well-equipped to help you purchase the perfect heavy-duty industrial caster for your needs.
