This 4-inch by 2-inch 55 Series caster with extended swivel lead was designed to improve material handling operations through increased ergonomics. This caster combines exceptional strength, durability, and maneuverability for challenging environments. The extended swivel lead provides enhanced maneuverability and precise control, significantly improving ergonomic conditions for operators. By reducing the force and effort required to move carts or equipment, it minimizes operator fatigue and the risk of injuries.
TWERGO Wheel
Designed with ergonomics in mind, TWERGO minimizes overexertion injuries by reducing initial push force and wheel friction during movement. Featuring a unique multi-wheel design and independently rotating parabolic wheels, TWERGO provides exceptional maneuverability and reduced friction, resulting in smoother navigation and less strain on operators. On average, you’ll receive up to a 25% reduction in rolling resistance, allowing for easier movement and increased productivity. The wheel utilizes our ErgoTread formulation that consists of a high-rebound, energy returning polyurethane. Loaded with annular ball bearings, this wheel provides maximum rolling ease and quiet operation when needed. Annular ball bearings are best suited for light to medium-duty loads. Bearing is pre-assembled and the entire unit is mounted in the wheel, all together, this caster is rated for 570 lbs.
