This 4-inch by 2-inch 55 Series caster with extended swivel lead was designed to improve material handling operations through increased ergonomics. This caster combines exceptional strength, durability, and maneuverability for challenging environments. The extended swivel lead provides enhanced maneuverability and precise control, significantly improving ergonomic conditions for operators. The wheel utilizes our HPPT 92A Polyurethane that is a high-performance solution designed for dynamic applications. This features a heat-resistant polyurethane formulation that can handle higher weight capacities, making it perfect for AGVs, Tuggers, and other high-speed, heavy-duty scenarios. With superior tear and abrasion resistance, it maintains its structural integrity over extended periods, while its excellent solvent resistance ensures durability. Loaded with annular ball bearings, this wheel provides maximum rolling ease and quiet operation when needed. Annular ball bearings are best suited for light to medium-duty loads. Bearing is pre-assembled and the entire unit is mounted in the wheel, all together, this caster is rated for 1000 lbs.
