Originally developed for AGV applications, the Track Sweep Toe Guard offers a bolt-on solution to help prevent foot injuries and protect caster wheels from debris. Riding just 1/8″ off the floor, this polyurethane guard acts as a barrier without dragging, extending wheel life and reducing maintenance. Made from durable 95A poly, it eliminates the risks associated with bent or broken metal guards. Available for both swivel and rigid casters, with custom colors and durometers available upon request.
