While it can be hard to say goodbye to a trusted coworker, it also offers a wonderful opportunity to meet a new one. With that in mind, we’d like to introduce Caster Concept’s new Distributor Rep, Cynthia Walker.
Cynthia is a seasoned professional with a strong knowledge of distribution who is highly focused on serving her customers. She is adept at providing solutions when ergonomic or caster durability issues arise or when the challenge is moving heavier loads manually and you need to stay at a standard push/pull number.
Before Caster Concepts, Cynthia was a proven sales professional working on national accounts at Eaton Corporation and Alro Steel, where she managed long-term client contracts to increase OTD and maximize customer satisfaction.
When she is not working hard at Caster Concepts, she is working hard doing Crossfit, running, and biking. She is also a volunteer coach with Special Olympics area 19 (gymnastics, snowshoeing and cycling sports) and walking dogs at Mikey & Me; a foster barn for Happy Days Dog and Pet Rescue.
While we are sad to say goodbye to Jackie as she takes on the next adventure in her life, we are glad to have such an excellent successor waiting in the wings.
