Our new Inside Sales Representative, Blaine Milheim, grew up and graduated in 2015 from Eaton Rapids High School and Graduated from Concordia University in Ann Arbor in 2019 with a General Business Degree.
Blaine comes to Caster Concepts with half a decade of sales experience as an insurance producer and an Account Development Rep for a Tax Automation software company. He is also a Talent Scout and Captain of the USA Fastpitch Softball Team, where he excels both in playing sports and coaching others.
His discipline and passion while being a student-athlete and now working full time and coaching is a testament to his ability to lead by example and has enabled him to build networks and trust with his legacy of customers.
Speaking of building on things, Blaine and his Fiancée Amanda are building a house in Homer in time for their marriage in 2025.
