Caster Concepts has developed an exciting new motion solution, the TWERGO® wheel (Twin Wheel Ergonomic). Designed for dollies and carts, manual or powered in a variety of applications. Casters that utilize TWERGO® wheels, exhibit easier movement of loaded carts or vehicles. These wheels are also used in many light AGV applications where ease of movement is valued and required.
TWERGO® unique tread design minimizes friction on start up, eliminates scrubbing while turning and provides a thickness that prolongs lifetime of the product while providing the impact resistance of a normal wheel. The multiple wheel design is anchored by a robust spanner design that improves on existing wheel designs in the market. The wheel hub features aluminum die-cast cores for maximum strength.

TWERGO® are available with two or three wheel options (see the complete line and specifications here), and come in 6×2, 8×2, 10×2, 10×3, and 12×3 sizes. Tire durometer can also be specified to fit your application.
