When it comes to our hand manual welders, they are spot on, capable of welding medium carbon steels in excess of 2″ thick. And our CNC-controlled robotic welding system provides the highest quality and most consistently repeatable welding available.
Another capability of Fabricating Concepts is the ability to powder coat parts. Powder coating is a type of coating applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Compared to conventional liquid paint, powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin”.
