6x3 H.D. Standard Polyurethane Rigid Caster

This 6-inch by 3-inch 80 series extra heavy duty caster, is meticulously engineered to withstand the most abusive applications. The laser-cut formed legs provide additional strength, making them ideal for applications with side loading or skidding. Components are heat treated to achieve a hardness of 40 + 2 Rc. With exceptional strength and reliable construction, these fixed 80 Series Extra Heavy Duty Casters are the perfect choice for rugged industrial applications. Paired with our general-purpose, 1-inch thick tread, H.D. Standard Polyurethane (Shore 95A Hardness) wheel, this caster becomes good for numerous industrial applications. It is non-marking with high tear strength and resistance to flat spotting, as well as a good solvent and water resistance. This wheel is capable carrying loads up to 3700 lbs. and has a 1-inch thick tread which is denoted by the H.D. in the wheel material. Packed with our straight roller bearings, which are most effective for heavy loads, and are a great option when facing excessive thrust loading, these casters are rated for 2500 lbs.
