This 12-inch by 4-inch 80 series extra heavy duty caster, is meticulously engineered to withstand the most abusive applications. The laser-cut formed legs provide additional strength, making them ideal for applications with side loading or skidding. Components are heat treated to achieve a hardness of 40 + 2 Rc. With exceptional strength and reliable construction, these fixed 80 Series Extra Heavy Duty Casters are the perfect choice for rugged industrial applications. Combined with tread that is 1-inch thick of our hardest polyurethane wheel formulation, the 70D durometer rating of the hard polyurethane material ensures optimal hardness, providing excellent load-bearing capacity and resistance to abrasion. Packed with our straight roller bearings, which are most effective for heavy loads, and are a great option when facing excessive thrust loading, these casters are rated for 5000 lbs.
