10x3 H.D. T/R Polyurethane Swivel Caster

This 10-inch by 3-inch 80 series extra heavy duty caster, is meticulously engineered to withstand the most abusive applications. These casters are designed with heat-treated raceways to prevent brinelling and ensure long-lasting performance. The laser-cut formed legs provide additional strength, making them ideal for applications with side loading or skidding. Crafted with durability in mind, the yoke and top plate are manufactured through a drop forged process using C-1045 steel. The top plate features a machined raceway, while the threaded kingpin and 5-inch diameter machined yoke base raceway enhance stability. Components are heat treated to achieve a hardness of 40 + 2 Rc. The caster is equipped with a 1.25-inch precision tapered thrust bearing pressed over the kingpin, along with hardened ball bearings to complete the load-bearing raceway.
