6x3 HPPT Polyurethane Maintenance Free Swivel Caster

This 6-inch by 3-inch 77 series caster utilizes a dual (precision sealed ball) bearing design, enabling smooth and easy rotation.  This caster series is the first in the Maintenance Free line to support 3″ wide wheels, up to a 10″ diameter. The dual precision sealed ball bearings help reduce push force when moving the cart from a stopped position while the wheels are not all parallel. The wheel utilizes our HPPT 92A Polyurethane that is a high-performance solution designed for dynamic applications. This features a heat-resistant polyurethane formulation that can handle higher weight capacities, making it perfect for AGVs, Tuggers, and other high-speed, heavy-duty scenarios. With superior tear and abrasion resistance, it maintains its structural integrity over extended periods, while its excellent solvent resistance ensures durability. Featuring precision sealed ball bearings, the caster provides quiet operation and requires no maintenance, all with a load rating of 2300 lbs.
