Track Wheels

Track Wheels include V-Groove, U-Groove, Dual Flanged and Single Flanged. 

V-Groove wheels are utilized in scenarios where linear movement is essential, such as on conveyor systems, industrial carts, and machinery that require accurate alignment.

Dual Flanged and U-Groove Wheels offers a reliable solution for traversing along straight or curved tracks of round tubing or pipe. Their unique design ensures integration with tubing or tracks, minimizing the risk of derailment and enhancing operational safety.

Our Single Flanged Wheels are designed to operate on steel tracks to minimize guidance and rolling effort with a 15,000 lb. capacity per caster.

Our track wheels are excellent for guided industrial applications, repetitive processes, and material handling where precise alignment is necessary.

V-Groove Wheel

V-groove caster wheels are built for controlled, effortless movement and feature a distinct v-shaped groove in the center of the tread. They provide a precise grip whether on rails or straight across a floor.

U-Groove Wheels

U-Groove wheels are similar to v-groove wheels but have a more rounded U shape groove, which is useful when running on a round or semi-round track where a precise alignment is required.

Double Flanged Wheel

These wheels feature flanges on both sides and are designed to optimize material handling processes. They are ideal for poor condition track systems where a single-flanged wheel may fail. 

Single Flanged Wheel

The single flanged wheel features a raised rim on one side that is designed to minimize guidance and rolling effort. These wheels are constructed of premium cast iron and steel for high strength and long wear.
