With an integrally forged kingpin and slotted adjusting nut, this caster enhances strength and ensures long-lasting performance in the swivel section. Crafted from hot forged C-1045 steel, the 95 Series features a robust construction. The 7-inch diameter load raceway is precision-machined and accommodates 5/8 inch diameter ball bearings along with a 1-1/4 inch tapered thrust bearing. These components work together seamlessly, providing exceptional load-bearing capacity and reliable operation. The 95 Series Caster guarantees durability and longevity, making it an excellent solution for demanding industrial applications. Paired with our general-purpose, Standard Polyurethane (Shore 95A Hardness) wheel, this caster becomes good for numerous industrial applications. It is non-marking with high tear strength and resistance to flat spotting, as well as a good solvent and water resistance.
