6x4 H.D. Standard Polyurethane Swivel Caster

This 6-inch by 4-inch 95 Series caster is the perfect choice for applications demanding high load capacities and continuous use under load. With an integrally forged kingpin and slotted adjusting nut, this caster enhances strength and ensures long-lasting performance in the swivel section. Crafted from hot forged C-1045 steel, the 95 Series features a robust construction. The 7-inch diameter load raceway is precision-machined and accommodates 5/8 inch diameter ball bearings along with a 1-1/4 inch tapered thrust bearing. These components work together seamlessly, providing exceptional load-bearing capacity and reliable operation. The 95 Series Caster guarantees durability and longevity, making it an excellent solution for demanding industrial applications. Paired with our general-purpose, 1-inch thick tread, H.D. Standard Polyurethane (Shore 95A Hardness) wheel, this caster becomes good for numerous industrial applications. It is non-marking with high tear strength and resistance to flat spotting, as well as a good solvent and water resistance. This wheel is capable carrying loads up to 3700 lbs. and has a 1-inch thick tread which is denoted by the H.D. in the wheel material. Packed with our straight roller bearings, which are most effective for heavy loads, and are a great option when facing excessive thrust loading, these casters are rated for 3000 lbs.
