This 12-inch by 4-inch 95 Series caster is the perfect choice for applications demanding high load capacities and continuous use under load. With an integrally forged kingpin and slotted adjusting nut, this caster enhances strength and ensures long-lasting performance in the swivel section. Crafted from hot forged C-1045 steel, the 95 Series features a robust construction. The 7-inch diameter load raceway is precision-machined and accommodates 5/8 inch diameter ball bearings along with a 1-1/4 inch tapered thrust bearing. These components work together seamlessly, providing exceptional load-bearing capacity and reliable operation. The 95 Series Caster guarantees durability and longevity, making it an excellent solution for demanding industrial applications. Combined with tread that is 1-inch thick of our hardest polyurethane wheel formulation, the 70D durometer rating of the hard polyurethane material ensures optimal hardness, providing excellent load-bearing capacity and resistance to abrasion. Featuring our precision tapered bearings, the wheels are capable of absorbing excessive side thrust loading and can be used where high speed operation is essential, all with a load rating of 6600 lbs.
