Composite Wheels

Caster Concepts composite wheels include our Phenolic resin wheels and NyTec-MD Wheels. Phenolic Wheels are constructed from resin and macerated canvas, offering unparalleled durability and resistance to oil and chemicals. They also have a harder durometer compared to polyurethanes, which greatly improves their rollability.

NyTec-MD wheels are nylon-filled. This creates a wheel with high-load approaching those of cast iron and steel without damaging floors. NyTec-MD material is resistant to most harsh environments with vibration-dampening properties for quieter operation.

These wheels are excellent for autoclaves, platform trucks, heavy material handling, large turntable applications, and high-temperature bakery applications.
