6x3 H.D. Standard Polyurethane Swivel Caster

This 6-inch by 3-inch 71 series caster has the highest load capacity rating in our line-up of single ball race swivel sections. The bearings in the swivel section act as both load and thrust components and lock the swivel section together to distribute the load over a larger area. Paired with our general-purpose, 1-inch thick tread, H.D. Standard Polyurethane (Shore 95A Hardness) wheel, this caster becomes good for numerous industrial applications. It is non-marking with high tear strength and resistance to flat spotting, as well as a good solvent and water resistance. This wheel is capable carrying loads up to 3700 lbs. and has a 1-inch thick tread which is denoted by the H.D. in the wheel material. Featuring our precision tapered bearings, the wheels are capable of absorbing excessive side thrust loading and can be used where high speed operation is essential, all with a load rating of 2450 lbs.
