6x2 Round Tread Standard Polyurethane Swivel Caster

This 6-inch by 2-inch 57 series caster provides the ultimate maintenance free combination. The swivel section is made from a high quality precision ball bearing. The raceways of the bearing are hardened for long life and the bearing is then sealed with neoprene seals to assure protection from contamination. No greasing is necessary. The smooth swivel action combined with an extended lead, help to lower ergonomic forces and minimize employee injuries. Paired with our general-purpose, Standard Polyurethane (Shore 95A Hardness) wheel, this caster becomes good for numerous industrial applications. It is non-marking with high tear strength and resistance to flat spotting, as well as a good solvent and water resistance. This wheel is capable carrying loads up to 3700 lbs. and has a 1-inch thick tread which is denoted by the H.D. in the wheel material. Featuring precision sealed ball bearings, the caster provides quiet operation and requires no maintenance, all with a load rating of 1000 lbs.
