4x2 T/R-95 Polyurethane Swivel Caster

This 4-inch by 2-inch 55 series caster provides the ultimate maintenance free combination. The swivel section is made from a high quality precision ball bearing. The raceways of the bearing are hardened for long life and the bearing is then sealed with neoprene seals to assure protection from contamination. No greasing is necessary. The smooth swivel action combined with an extended lead, help to lower ergonomic forces and minimize employee injuries. The T/R95 Polyurethane caster wheel features our specialized formulation designed for challenging applications. With superior tear resistance and increased strength, this wheel ensures extended wear and durability even in demanding environments. The T/R 95 tread offers enhanced ergonomic benefits and a longer service life compared to standard 95A polyurethane. Loaded with annular ball bearings, this wheel provides maximum rolling ease and quiet operation when needed. Annular ball bearings are best suited for light to medium-duty loads. Bearing is pre-assembled and the entire unit is mounted in the wheel, all together, this caster is rated for 1000 lbs.
