To all Loyal Caster Concepts Customers:

It is with very mixed emotions that I announce to you the retirement of Jackie Masternak, Director of Inside Sales from Caster Concepts.

Jackie has been a vital part of the CCI’s success for the past 18 years. Every day she brings to work a tremendous work ethic and a level of integrity that has made her a favorite for customers and fellow employees. She will be missed by all.

I am excited for Jackie and her husband, Don, as they will now have the time to work on all the projects they want to accomplish at their homes and in their communities. I am happy for her daughter Audra and her husband Nathan and their son Max who has a list of projects that they would like Jackie and Don to work on. I am excited for Jackie that she will have “time” to choose what next great thing she is going to do with her life.

I am sad for the sales team at CCI as they are losing a rock in their world, a person that always kept us focused on the “True North” and what was important. I am sad for all the employees at Caster Concepts that consider Jackie their friend. I am sad for myself, as I am losing one of the people at Caster Concepts that has never let me down. While we may not have agreed on everything, Jackie was always the consummate team player, whatever was best for the team is what Jackie would do. Jackie always did her job at the highest level. An inside sales leader extraordinaire, you’ll not find anyone better.

A true advocate for her customers

Jack Turner, a founder of Caster Concepts, also shared, “when Jackie came to Caster Concepts, she was a veteran in the area of sales and customer service. Jackie brought with her an impeccable work ethic and solid knowledge of distribution. After a few interactions with Jackie, the customer knew that they had an advocate at Caster Concepts that would work on their behalf and do what it took to keep quotes and orders moving through the company.

Jackie has built a trusting relationship with our distributors and customers and helped grow our business significantly over the past 17 years. She developed a wealth of knowledge which she could draw on to guide our customers in product selection, whether a repurchase or a new application. Jackie was a trusted resource who was always available to help. We wish Jackie great health and happiness in her well-deserved retirement. You will truly be missed.”

I hope you will take a minute over the next couple of weeks to give Jackie a call and wish her good luck. Share a story with her and give her the kudos that she has earned. Nobody but Jackie could have handled all the different personalities that she encounters and still keep that smile bright.

Best of Luck, Jackie. You will be sorely missed. I know you will not get bored, but if you do, you know where we are.
