These kingpinless casters (without a nut needing re-tightening) can handle loads up to 1,200 lbs. by distributing downward pressure over a larger area; reducing cost and increasing longevity.
Derived from a traditional caster using a bearing race held together by a kingpin, Caster Concepts kingpinless swivel bearing holds the yoke and the plate together without chatter at all speeds using 25 percent less force.

What makes the these casters quicker, and smoother, is the heavy duty swivel section of sealed precision ball bearings with hardened raceways and neoprene seals. The minimal friction improves swivel rotation while the extended lead of 2-3/4 inches lowers ergonomic forces.
An excellent choice for production racks and fixtures, parts bins, conveyor systems, and any application where maintenance free casters and ergonomics are concerns, for example the 57 Series (57-08202-61-1), features an overall height of 10-1/8 inches, top plate size of 4 x 5 inches and swivel lead of 2-3/4 inches.
