Caster Concepts, Inc. Announces David Elkins as Quality Systems Director ( Albion, MI ) October 30, 2005 - Caster Concepts is pleased to announce that Mr. David Elkins has joined the company as the Director, Quality Systems. With over 17 years manufacturing experience in the quality arena, Mr. Elkins’ primary focus will be to implement quality assurance policies, procedures, programs and initiatives throughout the Caster Concepts family of companies thereby assuring products conform to ISO/QS regulations.

Dr. William Dobbins, Caster Concepts CEO indicates "Mr. Elkins brings a multitude of experiences including strengths in customer relations, team development and dynamics, problem solving,
