For Immediate ReleaseTriple E Manufacturing Joins The Caster Concepts Family Of Businesses(Albion, Michigan – January 17, 2007) - Caster Concepts, Inc. located in Albion, MI, announces the purchase of specific assets of Triple E Mfg, Parma Broach and associated product lines. The acquisition was completed on December 28, 2006 and will bring on capabilities including blanchard grinding, centerless grinding, ID/OD grinding, screw machining, high speed broaching and broach machine building.Triple E also has a long history of manufacturing high quality work holding systems from Universal Vise & Tool, Swartz Fixtures, Rotary Lock, and Clamp-N- Jack. The acquisition of Triple E compliments our present capabilities located within The Machine Center including its CNC turning and milling along with tool room/prototyping capabilities. Triple E will continue in its present location and is already active with the initial stages of their 5S program. John Eiler, Jr. will continue to manage the day to day operation. John is a graduate mechanical engineer from Western Michigan University and will compliment Caster Concepts engineering staff of 3 mechanical engineers who hail from the University of Michigan, Ferris State University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), 1 material science/polymer engineer graduate from Michigan State University, along with our full 2D and 3D SolidWorks capabilities.
