Caster Concepts and its family of business seek to build relationships and support local not-for-profit organizations in two main areas: community development and manufacturing education.
Manufacturing Education FundCaster Concepts, Inc. established the Manufacturing Education Fund, a donor advised fund at the Albion Community Foundation in memory of Richard H. Dobbins, founder of Caster Concepts. This fund was established to support economic growth in the Albion community and surrounding areas. Employee Involvement in the Community
Partners in EducationCaster Concepts, Inc. partners with Albion College to provide internship experiences for students in the Carl A. Gerstacker Institute for Business and Management. Students from the University of Michigan, Northern Michigan University and Kettering University have also gained valueable experience at Caster Concepts. Caster Concepts provides opportunities throughout the year for employees and their families to attend events that build stronger families.
